ARIADNI DANTE
Mrs. Ariadni Dante is a Software Engineer at the Material Control Center in the Ministry of National Defense of Greece and a Children Books Author.
She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Information and Communications Systems (Security Systems). Also, she is a Postgraduate Student in Creative Writing in Education and PhD Candidate in Computer Science Teaching.
Her writing work includes ten books and fourteen educational programs for the introduction of primary and school age children in Informatics through experiential learning.
Her scientific interests include the Creative Learning of Computer Science to people of all ages through literature and poetry, Digital Storytelling, Collaborative Writing, Gamification and Role-playing games in Education. In the last seven years she has voluntarily trained more than 8,000 people (mostly children) in the basic concepts of programming, while she has organized dozens of actions that promote culture and education.
She believes in continuous self-improvement and constant innovation.
